Continuity Schmooity

Bah. I has been editing today - first ten chapters - and good gravy do you think I could keep my facts straight for two minutes altogether?

• The name of the road changes, then changes back.
• The boy's father's name changes
• A sub-character has kids at the beginning, then hasn't later.
• the house number changes
• the children's names morph
• And many morrrrrrre.......

I know - I should keep notes... but I think I know this stuff, and I probably wouldn't refer to them anyway. In Transgressions, theres a chapter towards the end when someone asks David the surname of the man he's been living with for the past year. I actually typed this into the MSS.

"I don't know," David said with a sigh, "the stupid bitch who writes this doesn't believe in making character notes."

I think I changed it before submission. *worries*
