Quick Update

Sorry I’ve been quieter than normal, but have been working into a routine with Sasha and it’s very tiring. at last I’ve found an antidote to Not Sleeping—get a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

I’m not going to rave on about how good she is, but cripes, she really is! We went to Caister Beach today and she absolutely loved it. It’s amazing to me that a beach like that (fine light yellow sand and natural sand dunes) is entirely empty apart from me, Sasha and a metal detector guy with his small dog. Sasha ran off to say hello to the dog but came back (before the other terrier obeyed his master did, I might add *smug mode*)

I’m going to take her to the beach every day we don’t go to Dad’s.

Tomorrow I’m going to try and put her into the back of my mind for an hour and get some writing done!
