Blah. I have two meeces and both of them are malfunctioning. Not fluffy meeces, obviously, not with the Snucius in residence, that would be just cruel. Computer meeces.  One of them clicks but won’t track, and the other tracks but the left mouse button won’t work unless i hold it up in the air. Trip to shoppe this afternoon to get a new one or I’ll be stuffed until Tuesday.

Finally got to speak to a rational person at Amazon and they are passing the matter along to the Book Listing people and they “should be in touch next week.”  Yeah right. That’s the sound of me not holding my breath.

Beta readers. Hopeless!!! Not one of them noticed that my hero’s name changed half way through the book. Neither did I but then… no-one would be surprised about that!!  :D *smacks them all *

New Red Dwarf. Hmm. The jury is out at the moment. Wasn’t hugely impressed but then, I wasn’t surprised about that, because the last season of Old Red Dwarf left me cold too. Why they have to insist on introducing a female character– it’s like they don’t get what the show is about. It’s nothing to do with relationships. Not that sort of relationship, anyway. But I shall withold judgement until I’ve seen it all.

Hurrah tonight. Finding Nemo and NEW DOCTOR WHO!  W00t!!!!

Fencing is sexy. That's why you decided to do it. I fenced all through my teens and watching the guys fence epee [girls weren't allowed to] was a great pleasure. Mmm those tight white breeches and broad shoulders.

Though I expect you'll be doing historical so watch Scaramouche with Mel Ferrer and Stewart Granger. From what I could see lovely Mel is spot on.

Your hero's name changed? Wow. But I bet you wouldn't be without your betas. If you can get nice ones they are priced above rubies.

Amazon's already dicked me around this year with another issue, so I will be giving them hell about this after the holiday.

:( That's horrible that this comes at a bad time for you along with everything else! I still can't believe they're doing this. :x

(I also wonder if they're going to try any shenanigans with my poetry memoir since it's clearly labeled GLBT. Then again the sales rankings may be so low that they figured they won't bother!)
