1. Are you going to look at every possible spoiler you can before the book comes out? Did you with HBP and how accurate were the ones you saw?

No. I hate spoilers of any kind. Even the sort that say "Neville has a new pet"

2. What will you do if Amazon (or whoever;) don’t deliver your copy on time, and everyone is reading it except you?

I won't bother, I'll do what I did every book, nip to Tesco's and buy a copy.

3. Will you read the last chapter before anything else? Are you planning to read the book all in one go or are you a slow reader?

No see question one.  Yes, It'll be released on a Saturday, so I can spend it reading. and sporking, I'm sure.

4. What’s your theory on the meaning of “Deathly Hallows?”

JKR is a twit 

5. What’s the craziest Harry Potter theory you’ve got, which you could only share with your trusted f-list?

Dobby is an Evil Genius™ and he and Narcissa are in cahoots.

6. If you could write in a sub-plot of your own choosing to the main Harry one, what would it be?

Subplot?  I'd kill him off in line one and concentrate on the real hero. 

7. Who do you think will die in the book, and who would you be most upset to see die, even if you don’t think it’s likely?

I guess Snape will have to, Voldemort and here's hoping - Harry.  I won't be upset if anyone dies except Snape and Lucius.

8. Name three main (ish) characters who you think will definitely live and why. Is there a very minor character(s) you really want to have a happy ending?

I am still undecided as to whether she WILL do the brave thing and kill Harry off, or not.  It's no good people say that it's a kid's series and so he can't die, but kids DO die in books and JKR hasn't shied from it before.  One good reason to kill him off is that she will get less pressure to write "Harry Potter and the Golden Arches" and let's be honest, even if he does do a Sherlock and plunge off a waterfall, there's plenty of leeway to bring him back.

I'd like Neville to get a great ending, even if he's not "minor"

9. If you don’t like the book, or are bitterly disappointed by it, do you think you’ll still stay in the fandom?

I can't think that I'll like the book.  The last two have been eating away at my Potterlike, and although I'd been planning to drop away from fandom for a long while it was HBP that was the direct reason why I finally left.  Anyone who holds their own creation with so scant respect can't expect to hold mine.  The gradual erosion of my own flist for other fandoms is good evidence of that.  I only lurk around the edges to mock, now, I'm afraid.  If she does pull out all the stops and impresses me, I'll be the first one waving my hat in the air, but I doubt it.  And I wouldn't come back to fanfic now, as fun as it was at the time.

10. One word (or concise) answers only!

Snape: good, evil, own agenda? Working in cahoots with Dobby Evil Genius™ and with Lucius

Bill: will he help Remus or just be on permanent honeymoon? I hope they team up.  And dump the girls.

Peter: a Gryffindor moment or not? He deserves a break.  A much maligned character.

Harry: is he a Horcrux? No

The Weasley’s: will they all survive? Not in a fair world 

If no to the above: who won’t? I'd spare Arthur. And maybe Bill.

Did Snape love Lily: Sadly, I think yes.  (Lucius: Ew Het)

Hogwarts: will they go back to school or not? Well it is supposed to be a school series, so probably.  If the selfish little Git stops Ron and Hermione taking NEWTS because of his agenda then... well... I wouldn't be surprised.

Remus and Tonks: will they get married in the book? Probably the last scene or something.  I hope not though. I really really hope not.

Bellatrix: who will be her nemesis? Remus, with a bit of luck.  Or perhaps Neville  which would be moot, and would help Neville recover a lot.

The new leader of the OotP is …? Kingsley, I HOPE. He's about the most sensible.

Percy: will he see the error of his ways or not? GAH - DON'T GET ME STARTED.  Percy is one of those smokin' guns, which never went off.  He was reading "Prefects who gained power" in one of the books and so he would(should) have known who Tom Riddle was and who he became, long before it was public knowledge. If she doesn't do anything with Percy then it will be criminal.

11. If Harry could take just one adult Order of the Phoenix member with him on the search for Horcruxes, who should it be and why?

Go by yourself, fuckwad.  Stop getting other people to die for you.

12. Will Remus and Greyback have a confrontation in human or werewolf form? Will Tonks be involved? Who will the other werewolves support?

As far as I'm concerned they are shagging on a regular basis.  And they mock Tonks in bed.

13. Who is the person from Harry’s class (and it isn’t him, Ron or Hermione), who will become a Hogwart’s teacher? What subject will they teach?

I didn't know that.  *smites the spoiler*  How could someone from Harry's class be a teacher in the last year?

14. Do you think Harry will observe Remus looking less lined and walking with a little more of a spring in his step? If so, do you think he'll attribute it to Tonks, and if he does, will he blush?

If he does, it's because 1. Sirius is back or 2. He's just dumped Tonks.  And it's about time people started realising that most boys Harry's age have been shagging for years.

15. Will Ginny use, "But Professor Lupin saw the futility of being a noble prat!" for one of her million arguments with Harry about why they should be together? Do you think they’ll get back together at all?

I don't think she'd beg him, and no I hope not.

16. Which house do you think Tonks is in, and why? Is she going to morph into someone important and who will it be?

Slytherin.  And JKR has missed another great opportunity with Tonks, when it comes to spying etc.

17. Who will be revealed to be the heir of Gryffindor?

Why does there have to be one? 

18. As JKR has promised the final chapter will be like an epilogue; how do you think the final paragraph (hopefully) donated to Remus’ future, and/or Tonks’, and/or anyone else you want to write a paragraph on, will read?

Really?  How horrible.  A neat "and this is what happened to everyone" as what? An attempt to stem fanfic?  I think letting people make their own minds up about what happens to the characters is a much better idea.

19. Which question from the books would it annoy you most not to have answered?

There isn't space here...  So go and read this - that mentions a FEW

20. What do you think the last line of the book is?

And Harry crossed the road, alone again, and was run over and killed by Lucius' car. *

I will be reading it, because I have a car-crash fascination for these books, and since JKR graduated from my uni (though not my department, fortunatley) having an opinion on the books isn't really optional around here :D I lost any faith in her ability to, I dunno, tie up loose ends, plot holes and contradictions (or even notice them) several books ago. [sigh] So much potential in those books, so little of it used.
