Have you read Eric Jourdan's Wicked Angels (http://www.amazon.com/Wicked-Angels-Southern-Tier-Editions/dp/1560235489)? I got that book a while back and read it in two sittings. Pretty disturbing and sensual, with lots of violent/bloody sex. The plot is so-so, but it's still a significant title in gay literary canon.

Oh yes, RW Day bought it for me at Christmas and I devoured it immediately. I preferred the first book, the second one was too gory for me. So sad! *sniffs*
