On a lighter note.

At work - we've just been issued with Guidance Notes for a new form that we have to put on all our files.

Form Guidance Note

Client "Insert Name of client."

File Number "Insert File Number"

Date "Insert Date"

Estimated Fee "insert estimated fee"

Phew. Thank goodness they've issued a guide. I was getting stressed with how hard this form was to fill out.

LOL! I thought it was just my workplace that issued instructions on how to fill is forms! I set them back on their heels the day I observed that, if the user needed instructions for how to fill in the form, that the form could be better-designed.
