Submissions call FAIL

Gulf Coast Writers Association (GCWA) seeks submissions for a second print anthology of short fiction. We will accept most genres, except pornography, erotica, graphic violence/horror, excessive profanity, or anything racial or biased toward any religious or moral preference.

So ... I think that excludes just about everything.  No races - not even Caucasians.  No morals of any kind. I think possibly stories of animals are allowed? 

Birthday Trick or Treat

As many of you know, I'm a Hallowe'en baby -it's a great day for a birthday because there's usually some party to go to.

Well, Frost Fair is due out mid November, and so I'd like to celebrate with a party of my own.  On my birthday, on my website I'll be hiding sixteen Trick or Treat animations. .  All you have to do is find all of them, email the URL and your address to me on erastes at erastes com and take the risk.

Will you get a trick?  Or a treat?  It's up to you.  The first sixteen emails I get will win - and eight people will get a goody bag which will include a paperback copy of one of my books, postcards, magnets, candy and other nice things - and eight people ... will get....
