Just a silly dog story. She was racing around the garden yesterday with the hamster toy and then one time she came racing in without it.  I said to her “Where’s the teddy?” and you could SEE her thinking! She paused, then raced back out into the garden, found the teddy and brought it back in, and dumped it at my feet.

This pleases me. I don’t think anyone’s ever really taken the time to talk to her. She knows a few words like “no” “sit” “lie down” and “good girl” but she listens to everything I say. I’m sure she will blossoming as I own her.

I do feel a bit guilty not spending every minute with her, I mean she’s here, but never having had a dog of my own before I suppose that getting on with stuff and just letting her do her own thing is ok?

Today we have been racing around the garden like a loony again with squeaky toy driving neighbours mad. Then squeaky fell out of toy to the relief of all except Sasha. however she still loves it. She’s also learned to catch. With that ability and her speed and her happiness to release her toy I think she’d be a natural for flyball. I’ll have to look up and see if there are any clubs locally. She’d probably do agility well too, but there’s no way I could do that. She’d be finished and I’d be still waddling around the course.er

Dad better with her today, I think repetition on a daily basis will help.

how does one treat a dog to go out of the room and THEN fart?  LOL.

Happy Sasha

Exciting day, outing to the pub, lots of racing in circles.

Dinner had, mostly munched (with added spuds, gravy and half a sachet of cat food) and now she’s snoring her head off on the windowsill.

Life is good.
