Date: 2009-07-15 08:19 pm (UTC)I hadn't known that my compatriot (fellow-member of the local Writers Guild, among other things) Anthony Bidulka is at #2 with his latest Russell Quant mystery (about a gay private investigator w. almost as much charm as the author).
Bidulka comes from the other small city or large town in the province of Saskatchewan (easier to abbrev to SK), and he describes local colour in his novels - recommended for anyone who wants to get a sense of it.
