This is the THIRD time I’ve typed this entry

The first time I went to make a cup of tea and the Windows update restarted my computer without my permission, the second time there was a storm and a subsequent power cut. GRR!! 

Not that I’ve got anything exciting to say, one agent rejection and one agent “wants to see more materials” so up and down, such is the author’s life! :)

It’s blinking chilly this evening, and it’s not even August yet.

I can’t believe they have remade Wuthering Heights yet AGAIN. *rolls eyes* You’d think that we are short of classic books to make into series’ wouldn’t you?  It’s not my favourite book, I have to be honest, simply because it should have finished after Cathy died.

Actually Wuthering Heights is one of my favourites but gods, it just cannot be filmed...with any sense or spirit of the novel, the arcing, the charas, the setting...for myraid reasons. I've never thought about it ending after Cathy died...so you mean, remove all the housekeeper stuff and the ghost, too? That's a rather fascinating suggestion....

Naughty computer - they really should ask our permissions.

You are right, it simply can't be filmed, same of many turbulent books!
