Swift health update

Went back to docs today to discuss ECG. Turns out it was “fuzzy” and I have to go back next week for ANOTHER ECG and then afterwards another chat with doctor. The rest of the appointment I will gloss over as his incompetence and entire laissez faire and “I haven’t bothered to read your notes, why don’t you tell me what’s wrong and you have to join a slimming club or how about a nice gastric band operation” is beyond belief. Roll on new GP.

If it's about weight loss, what you described earlier sounded pretty, well, sound to me. If slimming clubs sound ick, try Slimming World on line. Lots of online support, brill recipes, a diet that works and is good for you without starvation.
