Maybe not. We do after all live in a free world. (Ha-ha-ha...) But I'd like to see a ban on sunny days in the summer, when everyone sits outside the restaurants and I can't because of my allergies. Or on bus stops. I have been forced out into the rain from under the tiny roof more times than I can count. But then again, people have to learn how to cope with handicaps more severe than mine all the time. I have no right to complain really. I guess the only ban we need is the ban on bad behavior.
