Have done nothing today. except eat ice cream. and watch TV.

I got the best B-day present with the Democrats coming back into power in my state and in congress and the first women Speaker of the House just rocks!!

Dumbass will be out in '08 no matter what, and, as long as the Dems don't run Hillary (don't get me wrong, I'd vote for her, but she elicits such a knee-jerk hate reaction from so many men people, she wouldn't win) they've got a good chance at the White House.

Unless the Republicans run McCain. But McCain would actually be pretty good.

And even if there should be a republican victory in '08 (shudders violently) the gridlock caused by a democratic congress will make things much better than they have been.
