Ah. Our last cat brought in a regular parade of Kamikaze Suicide Pigeons[1] through the catflap.

[1] They were either a rare exotic breed of pigeon with no survival instinct, or just deaf, I suppose

No probs (felt horrible to realise that might come across as pestering you when you're having a tough time) -- I just have three or four e-mail addresses and have been known to forget to check nearly all of them -- and could imagine this being worse at Christmas because people might be using a different account!
Pigeons are very unwelcome dead or moribund. So are live mice, although I always imagine the cat is looking at one and saying 'HUNT! HUNT, DAMN YOu!' and wondering what it will take to teach the subnormal bald cat in the armchair if even fresh-prey-that-can-run isn't giving them a clue...

Don't worry, I have a load of different ones - Boudicca, erastes, etc etc etc but they are all set up to filter into boudicca, so i get them all there.

Not pestering, I assure you, but I just can't commit to anything right now, I really want to meet you both at the same time, but can't drive out of time while things are so uncertain. Hopefully by then, things will have .. happened.
