Bah Humbugs! But I happen to like Humbugs. :)

If you would like to have a Christmas Card (and YES it will be a Christmas Card, not a "Happy Non-specific [insert holiday here] Card" so there,) then please email me. (see profile for email addy) I don't normally "do" cards, as my RL friends will attest, so they are probably picking themselves up off the floor at this point, but I want to tough it out this Christmas (see last Christmas for why this Christmas will be hard) and make an effort to be as Christmassy as possible - and that means decorations and that means cards. I would also like to use it as a pathetic way to say thank you to so many of you who have supported me from the word go, and particularly in the last year.

I don't promise to get the card to you on time (hey, it's me, remember) but I will do it and hopefully will be not disappointing.

Lucius.

Well, Lucius is now officially "Missing" - he didn't come in for his dinner last night, or breakfast this morning or his dinner tonight.  My only hope is that he's a greedy guts and if someone is feeding him pouches, rather than tins or biscuits (which he gets here, because pouches for two growing boys are FAR too expensive) then someone may think he's a starving stray and may have taken him in.  I'm very rural, this is only one cul-de-sac in the middle of nowhere,so it's not like he could have wandered too far off so he's either defected, or been catnapped because of his beauty or he's had an accident involving a fox or a shed or something.  Tomorrow I'll print off some flyers and post them through all the letter boxes, and put one up in the post office. The local vet has been informed, and I can't do a lot else, until tomorrow. But it's very upsetting. To say the least. I hope Severus doesn't bog off too.

Cripes.

Now Norfolk is due for a Storm Surge?  Why did they take till today to tell us?  Eek!!
