What a brilliant idea! it's still just a new site - only got a database of 47,000 books so far (ONLY, she says...) but it seems to be working pretty well.

What should I read next?

This is something I'm always battling with. I'm someone who knows what she wants to read until the very moment I go onto amazon or walk into a bookshop or a library and then my mind gets wiped clean

This certainly worked for me, and I'll be buying something of Fiona Glass's next.

From [livejournal.com profile] andsaca369, who spotted this on Gaiman's blog - just go and read the reviews on Penetrating Wagner's Ring. Now that's what I call creative writing. Just bloody hilarious. Do not be eating or drinking anything.

I'm not getting comment notifications for some *!"*+R*+£U+£** reason, so bear with me.

Penetrating Wagner's Ring! *spits sugar-free cream soda* I wonder why that title didn't ring any bells with the publisher? Hardened readers, indeed.

Thanks for this hilarious link. I'm going to link it myself. :)

I don't! You can't buy that kind of attention--there are bound to be some music-lovers who'd never have heard of it otherwise.

I don't need any help deciding what to read next, but I thought I'd see if I could trick this thing into recommending MY book. I fed all kinds of gay westerns into it, but the stupid thing refused to suggest The Filly! I think is must be broken. *grumbles*

Don't know if you'd seen these folks already, but via Cat Grant (new book out on the site, woot!) but they're looking for anthology stories also, didn't know if you'd be interested as well. I couldn't recall if you'd already reviewed books fromt hese folks or mentioned them, and haven't taken time to go through your lj back far enough to find it if so. (I do like reading it, but brain is fried...)

I think I've already pimped it on the EAA submission site? I wish I had the time to write something for them, but times is stupidly tight right now.

Thanks, though - never hesitate for bringing stuff like this to my attention, because I miss a lot and can do with all the help I can get!
