I know someone who had that editor! This 'editor' wanted the author I know to change the entire book so it was written from the POV of a major secondary character. Said 'editor' also wanted the author to dump the entire first chapter so it could be written as 'flashbacks' which is a style the author dislikes intensely. Then this 'editor' wanted the author to change the ages of all the characters--they're all teenagers-- and turn it into a fantasy romance so they could have sex.
OMG it's the same 'editor'... or not... or it's something like the same 'editor'... LOL
