It's 2.30 and I'm an hour into watching the Cross-Country... Very exciting.  Am I evil for wishing for lots of Australian refusals?  Five a.m it finishes...

It was very good, too. Rode nice and safely - as far as I could see only one horse fell over, and that was because it was really really slippy and he was the last horse on the course. I do like it when the standard of horse and rider is equal to the course and it's a safer environment.

I really liked Okane ga nai, it was just the ending that baffled me a little - I expected the last section to be all happy ever after, but instead had the brother talking about films and I never got a "melty into his arms" moment!!

okane is an ongoing manga and sometimes when manga are really popular they get a straight to video release of so many eps that's not really a series
okane had that, an OVA (sometimes called OAV - same thing)
it won't end until Aya remembers saving Kanou and then melty moment
in the manga it's odd because Ayase has these super uke (bottom) pheromones meaning anyone around him with the vaguest hint of testosterone in their system tries to jump him
there are lots and lots of them, it's weeding out the ones that aren't either piss poor or offensive
I'm watching one now called Papa to kiss which is on youtube which as you can guess from the title is incest
the manga is often much better than the anime, and there are "yaoi" series where they are often quite explicit or if not incredibly implicit, like Loveless or Gravitation (Gravi is very funny,) then there are the hints in normal series where they never come out and say
one of my favourite yaoi authors is Naona Bohra who never fails to make me laugh and writes the most beautiful love stories, complete with melty moment,

most of the big fandoms however are suggested in the long lingering looks and often quite dodgy dialogue, like in prince of tennis certain characters are always together or holding hands, or as in the case of the golden pair they're called the golden pair and they finish each other's sentences.
as bad as it sounds anime fandoms tend to look down on harry potter as the poor baby brother,
