M/M books coming soon database

Literary Nymphs chat had a HUGE weekend of M/M chatting this weekend, and it was absolutely huge. Hundreds and hundreds of messages, excerpts and promos.

It spawned someone to have the great idea of a "coming soon" database which can be found in the database section on the left. A great idea which can be sorted by date, genre etc. There are 56 coming soons there already-if you want your publication listed there send an email to chat@literarynymphs.com listing the following: Title, Author, Genre, your website, book publisher.

An excellent idea!

No market for m/m though. No no no.

How do you like the Literary Nymphs Yahoo Group? I've been sorting through the ones I belong to, trying to see which are keepers (i.e. actual discussions going on between readers and writers) and which just end up being mass-mailing sites for excerpts, promos and contests. If Literary Nymphs likes M/M, I might look into them.

Like most groups it does seem to be (often, in my experience) a one way conversation,but I oftensee an increase in hits and sales after a chat.

They;ve also increased their interest in m/m a lot which is good. I've gone "digest" on nearly all of my groups now though as I simply can't keep up.

LN doesn't allow any promo outside of excerpt days and chats and is pretty well modded.

Danke! I'll keep it under consideration. There are only so many groups I can handle, and I always wonder if the excerpt dumps really do make a difference for authors.
