I admit, I think Scott is a pretty big weenie but Havok is like TWO weenies smothered in imitation cheese sauce. (Besides! Scott had the whole Mr. Sinister thing going on didn't he? Mr. Sinister was hot! Well, for a stalker-type circus clown. Seriously who came up with his costume and makeup? The designer for KISS?)

Apocalypse probably made Sinister wear that outfit. My favorite is why he had to be "Mister Sinister". Like how did this go?

Apocalypse: "You, Nathanial Essex, shall serve me and my grand purpose!"

Nathanial Essex: "Er...right."

Apocalypse: "I shall give you powers that are really sort of indefinable, thus vexing fanfiction writers!"

Nathanial Essex: "Um...kay."

A: "You shall serve me and live forever! And randomly be obsessed with the Summers family, who will travel back in time and fuck with you, but then pretend like they're all shocked you hate them. Following me?"

N.E.: "..."

A: "And you have to wear this outfit! And have a diamond on your forehead!"

N.E.: "A...a diamond?"

A: "APOCALYPSE WILLS IT SO."

N.E. "Um..."

A: "And you need a name! Sinister! That is a good name!"

N.E: "It is, rather!" *is pleased*

A: "MISTER Sinister!"

N.E: "No, really, just Sinister would be--"

A: "APOCALYPSE WILLS IT SO."

N.E.: *Sighs* "Mister Sinsiter it is. Give me that clown outfit and show me who the Summers are."

Nathanial Essex was a Victorian scientist. One day, Apocalypse, (the First Mutant Who is Always Taking Over the World) woke up from a stasis-sleep and decided Sinister should serve him for forever. And so that happened.

Scott Summers and Jean Grey travelled back in time to save some genetic clone (um, this gets confusing) and then suddenly Sinister (formerly Nathanial Essex) is all obsessed with them. Sinister can't die, and so he's still around skulking about and betraying Apocalypse all the time, who still somehow allows him to come back. I guess when you're 394857394867 years old, everyone betrays you out of boredom.
