*incoherent wibbling*

I have literally lost the capacity for speech.

Thank you, [livejournal.com profile] cerisaye for the link to this site.  Gorgeous priests.  There are two in particular that I nearly bit my tongue off when I saw them.  If you guess the particular two...you win something. I don't know what. Sweets. A book you don't have. Whatever. One guess only.  I'm tempted not to allow [livejournal.com profile] enolabloodygay to guess for she knows me too damned well. (They are from the 2009 calendar)

Would it be overkill to have Dieux de Stade AND this? Surely it would be the equivalent of someone with a devil on one shoulder and an angel on the other?  Now I want a hot priest mood theme.

Just watched the TV version of Sarah Water's novel, Affinity.  Pretty good, actually, although I can't help but watch Victorian lesbian films and wish that someone would do Regency homosexual ones.... Nice twist that I should have seen coming, but it hooked me in like the fish I am and I would have been as suckered as the heroine and terribly sad ending--BUT, as I've said before, it's necessary to show the sad endings with gay romances, as it is with any of them.  A lot of people died for love, and when that love was so wrong to society?  even more reason to kill yourself, perhaps.  *sniff*

I cannot guess, but if I could, I would want at least 1000 words on Alvisi's early sexual adventures to continue with the Italian theme : p

Heh heh heh.

Ooooo. Now that would be a fun novella to do, wouldn't it?

But he's so BAD!

Damn, I keep being timed out so no pretty priests. The drama was superb and god, that prison was depressing. I didn't spot Vigras as the accomplice, nor the suicide. Nuh uh. *shakes head* I thought 'Selena' looked like a young Kate Winslet.

But he's DELICIOUSLY bad! Bad, but so bad he's good.

I'd buy it (frame it, love it forevermore and have a copy in every room...)

Sorry about the timing out! Cerisaye has a couple of the piccies posted on her LJ so worth checking out.

No, I didn't see any of it coming. I kept saying to myself "all Victorian mediums were fakers" but I still ended up believing she was for real. *headdesk*

I had the calendar in 2007 and 2008 for work. MMMM. Now, me, I like number 1 and the one with the tousled hair, though the one with the little stubble is also very nice. (I liked the one from last year with the cat a lot, too.)

Well, more than one got a "hail Mary!" out of me.

It's not often my jaw drops open voluntarily, but it certainly did with a couple, too. I wonder at the veracity of them being actual priests, but frankly, who cares?

Gah! I thought everyone knew about this site. It's made of chocolate and rainbows. :) I found it back when Caroline was drawing Only Words.

Real priests? Doubtful.

MRAW!

That first one looks like a guy I lived with when I was a teenager. (Unfortunately for you, he was straight, unfortunately for me, he liked women with huge breasts.)

But yeah. Nice calendar.

I find it offensive that I've missed years of priest-induced drool.

He's gorgeous. My favourites (as no-one won) were number 3 and 4 on the 2009 calendar, the slightly blurry effete with the huge hat, and the rough greasy long haired one.

:)

He could do with my number then!

I remember in Ireland going miles to the big church in the town rather than to the local village church, because the local church had 70 year old priest and the big church had HOT HOT HOT salt and pepper haired priest.

Also I watched Oklahoma over Christmas, thinking of you. Poor Jud is dead, poor, Jud Fry is dead!

Um, Nos 4 & 9. I hope I counted them correctly as I was a tad distracted by the priestious beauty! No 9 could be Rafe...in my eyes and hopefully in yours too.

I recorded Affinity as I was watching Johnny Depp for the millionth time.

*giggles* Well done on spotting number four. WOOF!!!!!

The other one was number 3. I like them looking a little vulnerable too.

Yes! You are right, that could be Rafe, his face is a little too square and he's not quite as wolfish as he needs to be, but it's pretty close!

:)

Yes. She was so convincing. The lady who said she'd dreamt about Selena helped to convince me that for once, this medium was genuine.

You parcel arrived today. Thank you so much and I'll be sure the use the candle next Halloween.

Oh, I finally saw the priests. Interesting that several of them appeared in more than one calendar.
