fatted calf my arse.
Dec. 29th, 2008 04:47 pmLucius hasn't been in for his breakfast this morning or his tea tonight. *grinds teeth* However, he has done this twice before since his last reappearance, then turns up after 24 hours. So I'm not worrying. In fact, I'm not worrying at all. He's a wanderer and there's nothing I can do to stop that. I hate the parable of the Prodigal Son. Always have. Being forced to be the father of the story makes me very cross.
Delicious films on this morning. Double Cary Grant/Hitchcock "Suspicion" and "Notorious" - heaven heaven heaven.
Hurrah! I got a rare egg! I never get rare ones!

Seamus Heaney and Carol-Ann Duffy are both involved - funny that they didn't ask you!
