Springwatch

I’ve been watching the Springwatch webcams and it’s utterly addictive. There’s a linnet’s nest, and a reed warbler and swallows and a kestrel.  Unfortunately the male linnet seems to think his offspring, newly hatched this morning are invaders as he’s taken two of them out of the nest when the female goes off to stretch her wings. ARGH! - - - -
