I just want to say a big hello to all the new friends to this journal. I’ve seen a lot of new names joining, and please don’t hesitate from commenting on anything – I love to meet new people so don’t be shy, reply to this post if you want, and tell me a little about yourself.

Mere Mortals 70,000 words.  Pleased about this. Still don’t know how long it’s going to be, so can’t do a progress bar, consarnit.

This is another reason I won’t be getting a Kindle.  As a friend just pointed out, this behaviour is rather unsettling or amusing and most definitely ironic if you take a note of the title of the book involved.

It’s Anti-Plagiarism day, by the way – Gehayi has posted over at Meta Writer with a great poem – and here’s the blog where I picked up the idea that it was Anti-Plagiarism day today – How Publishing Really works  it’s a great blog and well worth bookmarking.
