Doctor!  Get your arse to Mars!!!!!   Soooooo looking forward to Doctor Who tonight.  It seems that there’s been very little advertising for it—which seems odd. I think I’ve only seen one instance of a trailer for it.  Bath soon, then curling up on the sofa with moggies and Wether’s Originals. (I’m now of the age where I can eat them without embarrassment.)  I bought them for Dad and he didn’t like them. *oh the shame*

I think the weather is causing the headache I seem to be stuck with. Pressure going up and down like a yo-yo.

I treated myself to the latest Monkey Island Game (which I hadn’t heard about until yesterday!) and it’s so good.  Perhaps a LITTLE bit too easy, or perhaps I’m just too used to the way the writers work? But hilarious as usual, and Guybrush is his usual optimistic and completely idiotic self.  I don’t see what Elaine sees in him, and I don’t see what Elaine sees in him either.  I love that Le Chuck is THE PIRATE CAPTAIN (only about one person on my flist will know who I mean by that) and I keep looking for the Pirate with a Scarf.

Hmm. Am I sure I am old enough to eat Wether’s Originals? I don’t want the Granny Sweetie Police knocking on the door tonight.

My Dad kills me.  We go out to a restaurant for lunch most Sundays and he sits down, pours the wine and then says “So, how’s the gay romance going?”  And you can just feel the atmosphere as it goes quiet and waiting to hear what I’m going to say.  Some women choked on her cauliflower and calebrese cheese today, and I think I may be the cause.  He’s so interested in everything I have to say about the writing world, and the whole gay history thing fascinates him, but I think it’s hilarious that he’s so blase about it now, that he’ll want to yak about it over the Roast Beef.
