Thank all of you who helped me with the Swedish problem.  Serves me right for doing something not set in England, really. However I don’t intend to have Swedish characters throughout, this was just a group of rowdy sailors. much appreciated!  You guys rock.

And welcome to the Newbie friends!

Been no-one around today. I really must get myself a life.

Oh and talking of that – I WANT “HEAVY RAIN” – I’ll have to wait a year before it stops being a rip-off price though. want want want want want

Wow, video games have changed since the last time I played one (not going to reveal my Advanced Age, but let's just say it was called Pac Man, and one didn't have it at home.)

That looks really cool and highly addictive. Like Second Life, it is something that I fear I must never get involved with, lest I lose myself completely.

yes--i admit to being at the birth of pc games too. we used to think that Pong was the best thing ever!

this one looks fab--i love the way that FINALLY the makers are forced to admit that theres a huge section of the gaming population who - like me--grew up with games and want absorbing, adult games. Apparently this one changes depending on choices which is my favourtie trope ever and there's simply not enough games out there that aren't linear

shutting up now.

No, you don't scare me!

We've corresponded in the past via your website (I won a copy of Frost Fair!) and also via the Speak Its Name blog and the Yahoo group, so I know what to expect...

I have a birthday coming up soon and I'm hinting as hard as I can in my brother's direction.

Of course you realize I now have a mental image of Fleury surrounded by variations on the Muppets' Swedish Chef in nautical attire, drunk and singing... "Borg! Borg! Borg!"

Muppets & Star Trek TNG & Pong...ROFLMAO! I used to have an Atari and played Pong many hours. I loved the two old guys who sat up in the balcony and heckled everyone. I had/still have a crush on Riker so bad.
.
You're welcome re the Swedish. Glad I could help.
