Well I didn’t win the Lambda, congratulations to Polito, who won my category with Drama Queers! But I have something just as good – photos of Transgressions, Tangled Web and False Colors) in Waterstones, Piccadilly – courtesy of Vashtan!

I am jealous. My nearest Waterstones in Bath doesn't seem to have heard of the existence of GLBT fiction, which is strange as I could swear at least half the young men working in there aren't straight.

I just love the chance to browse books, and flick through and read pages of them. I think I shall have to insist, and maybe take a print out of suggested titles!

NB, Transgressions is winging its way through the postal system to me at the moment, and I'm very much looking forward to reading it!
