*smites them"*

went to the vet (because literally other than a tablespoon of food Lili had eaten nothing since Friday night) had another antibiotic injection – another £30 – and we get home and SHE STUFFS HER FACE.

Pass the mallet please.

I don't have a mallet, but I do have a titanium spork. Would that suffice?

And not to say I told you so but... it's a cat. They like to waste your money and make a fool out of you. I know, mine do the same thing to me whenever they have a chance.

I tried calling you early Sunday was it? Have been following your reports on Lili. I'm just glad to hear she's okay.

Ouch. Still, glad she's eating now, and I hope she continues improving.

But who knows if she'd have stuffed her face without the injection? Cats is weird. They is.

BTW, if you haven't seen these books, you should read them -- they are hilarious. The Bad Kitty series. The first one is a kid's alphabet all about Bad Kitty and then the second one is an alphabet about Poor Puppy, but then we start getting into chapter books, and oh lord. The chapter books are hilarious. Bad Kitty Gets a Bath, Happy Birthday, Bad Kitty!, and now Bad Kitty vs Uncle Murray -- all by Nick Bruel. You can probably find them in the library, and they are a very quick read for any adult.

*hastily reads Lilli bulletins*

Good grief poor kitty. They seem to be born knowing which buttons to press. I'm so glad she's on the mend.

I missed the drama due to being away from the computer for a couple of days, but now that I'm aware of it...

I'm glad Lili is doing much better!

Glad to hear Lili is feeling better. Who knows if she'd have started eating without the trip to the vet?? I have mystery UT problem with one of our non-dominant cats, it might be due to stress, and the *vet* told me that it's hard to figure out what's going on with them on stress issues. *eyeroll* Currently applying glucosamine, same as last time, and it seems to have helped the problem.

Any advice on a pusskat who refuses to pee/poo in his tray? Even when the tray is clean he goes somewhere else (under the living room window is his fave). It's like he's all 'omg..i've used the tray once or twice I can't possibly do it there again!!!!' o.0 Is he just getting old as he never used to do this until the last 6 month or so. Thank you Kitty Doctor.

I've taken to throwing lavender/tee tree oil everywhere and it still not stopping him (although the house is smelling better).

That was obviously a 'stuff your face' injection. An All You Can Eat for £30 one!

she's no better - she keeps eating and keeps losing everything she eats, poor little sausage. I'll give it a day or two before i take her back, as she's clearly hungry and keeps trying

i have the same problem with her too, she prefers pooing on the wood floor to the litter tray, thank god the boys would rather die than go to the loo indoors at all. I know there's some kind of cat deterrent you can buy, perhaps that would help, sprayed on the areas he likes to go on?
