but I've had the draft cover for Muffled Drum. It's so beautiful!  as soon as I can i'll share, I promise. I'm already wishing that it was a print book as well as an ebook, because i want that cover on my shelf!

The problem with e-readers is that you get used to instant satisfaction, just press play and you can start reading. For a total bibliophile it's like a wet dream. But I still admire the covers. I reset the book to page one and scroll through them once in a while. Yummy.

Are there buttons?
Lots of them?

I just had to re-read that about 4 times because I read "not" as "got" and thought "don't people normally complain about that?"

*headdesk* been a long day so far...

Is it only in e-book format?

yes - sadly. But I knew that of Carina when I decided to try to write for them. Some of their books do get taken up by Harlequin for printing, but as they don't print ANY gay romance yet, I know that won't happen with mine. However, I live in hope. I think HQN is now behind the gay romance far more than any other mainstream publisher, so I'm happy with the slow progress

Oh gosh.... I suppose I'll have to print the book with my printer, since I don't have the kindle...

You can download Kindle as an app for your PC, but they do provide all the formats too, pdf so you can read on your pc.

The problem is that I don't like reading long texts on the pc: is too unconfortable.
Besides, I'm not the only one using the pc at home, so basically I don't have time to read a whole novel on the pc. The only solution is printing what I want to read. I'm an old-fashioned woman!! ;-P

Yes, much though I love ebooks, they don't have the same level of satisfaction as comes from holding a book with a beautiful cover. OTOH, just think of the postcards, banners, mugs and T-shirts you could make :)

Brilliant news. I'm hoping for horses and sabretaches rather than abs, just for a change.
