Dragon age 2 is rather fun!
Apr. 17th, 2011 11:21 amThank you once again, Teddypig!
I'm not very fond of the look of the guy I've created, he looks like he's either whining or trying to stop an argument, he's got that sort of constipated look. LOL. I'll try and take a photo of him, i'm not technical enough to work out how to dvd and transfer to pc etc. But I'll try and snap a picture from the phone. He's rather NICE too, which is probably because he looks like a constipated arbitrator—i find it hard to get him to speak in "angry mode" and most of the time he speaks "NICE" mode and at a pinch "joking" mode (which backfired when a group of dwarves said "well all right, you don't have to join us for the treasure hunt then, bugger you."
I'm assuming that the two deaths (my sister and some kind of soldier guy) are constants and there was nothing I could have done to save them…
I have a brother, Carver (Carver and Hawke and Bethany, what is this, Chav-Fantasy?) who is a bit of a prick, and I can see serious ructions happening between us too. He's even more whiny than me (Hawke) and has is carrying many chips on his shoulders. "Wah wah wah, having to live in your shadow, poor little me."
Dad's today, and we are going out for lunch. Was going to go to a bootsale, but got a small bout of cellulitus in my ankle, so not going. Perhaps next week. There's a couple round here that start at 11 which is quite civilised.
Connection is not very reliable today for some reason. OK. writing now. Hopefully this guy in Gentleman of Fortune will reveal himself to me a bit more. (not like that, mucky pups)

Date: 2011-04-17 12:24 pm (UTC)I tend to go for 'joking' or 'nice' rather than 'angry', too. So did the (female) friend I got to play it. I think it may be something to do with being women, but maybe not.
I love this game, I really do.

Date: 2011-04-17 02:12 pm (UTC)If you want a Hawke picture you could use the 'print screen' button, open Paint, go to Edit, Paste, then use the select button to cut out the bit of the picture that you want and crop it with the command under Image. Like so:
Phew. Though it might be quicker to take a photo.
