I've been spoiled, I guess, it's been such a warm autumn - my mother has roses and mallow still blooming in her garden - that the chill in the air today is making me very cold.

I'd just like to say "hello" to the recent arrivals on the friends list. I've had a sudden flurry of new arrivals and it's nice - probably because of the book launch perhaps? Please feel free to say hello and how you got here. It's not compulsory though, you can lurk there if you like.

For those of you who didn't know me as underlucius I'd like to say that this LJ is a place where you can say what you like. You can disagree with me whenever you like and feel sure that other people won't jump all over you in a wanky way. If there's any "lively discussion" it will always be polite and intelligent. Or drunken and amusing. :)

I don't bring a bottle... but I have had some wine's reccomendation in my LJ. I have a cantina of about 500 type of wine, mostly italian, but also french and south american. You have a preferred one? Just a note: today I have received the e.mail said me that Standish is ready to be shipped finally: this means it is just available at the store in Italy; with it I have ordered also Love's Evolution by Ally Blue: they wait to have also it to send them together... maybe a few more days. ciao, elisa
