I can easily manage a CV, but I needed the help of a friend who writes biographies for other people to be able to write about myself in a delightful way. She asked a lot of clever questions, which kind of helped to get the right focus.

When does he get emotional? About what? If you'd had to choose only one word to nail down his character, what would it be? What picture comes to your mind when you think of him? How did he get into that situation? Is this the beginning, middle or end of his story?
These are just some of the questions that my friend asked me. We also talked a lot about values and the things that are really important to me. This was part of rewriting my bio and key values for my business homepage. It also resulted in me writing a story about a fictional character which is somehow a lot like me and yet not me.
Maybe another way could be to talk to someone and tell them about your/Erastes' bio. Sometimes this is easier than answering questions all alone.
