Finished things:

1. Updating the members page on the Erotic Authors Association. If you are a member, please check that I've got your information right. I've added some text to everyone who didn't have any, so I've had to make up a lot of it based on a whistlestop tour of several hundred websites.

If you aren't a member and you ARE a erotic writer of some ilk, then why not!  Come and join - it's free, and I have plans for the site, I'd like to make it more of a resource than it is at the moment.

Not finished Things:  Tomb Raider: Legend.  I'm fighting a fecking huge sea serpent and I just die. constantly. I must have a 100 unfinished games.  By the time I get them all done, the Playstation FIVE will be out. ETA: I pwns serpents!

I've had 2 great "fanmails" about Standish in the last 2 days from complete strangers and I can't describe how great they make me feel.  I should stop shilly-shallying about Transgressions and just polish it off and send it to PD Publishing.  I guess I'm scared - what if they don't want it?

And talking of Standish - yes I know I do, a lot. It's number 3 in the GBLT lists right now.Woo hoo!!

Oh - and Treasure Trail is out - Gay Pirates on the High Seas.  Come on!  If there's anything sexier than gay pirates I don't know what it is?  My story is Matelotage and concerns a rugged sea captain and his... rent boy?  Who he's not sure if he trusts but he's completely addicted to.

HUBBA HUBBA!

Congratulations on the release and on Standish's progress!

Yes, you should send Trans out. As someone, can't think of who ;), once said to me, it won't sell sitting in a drawer (or on a hard drive).

*G*

Yes, but it's just not finished. It has gaps, and like you, the thought of editing it is very off-putting. I need to find a nice gay lodger who can tidy up, do my hair, decorate and edit.

Hmmm...

Great! I searched AZ-US by title and only got a book with the line about a 'treasure trail' of hair leading into someone's jeans. Damazon strikes again.

Damazon, love it! That's why I always search by ISBN when I can. Sometimes titles are off, authors aren't listed etc.

People who like both of these will also probably enjoy "Brethren: Raised by Wolves." It has a sequel called "Matelots: Raiased by Wolves" coming this month.

E, I'm not sure if you've ever posted on the Amazon.com forums. But, you may want to post there (and on your Amazon page) and mention the association. A lot of people read those forums, especially authors.

In Amazon US, you can make an author profile, too--basically an author blog. I have one set up but haven't put anything in yet.

You both should. Even if it's only an introduction to you! You can mention your live journal, and/or websites. Helps readers find you. Announce new books coming out. Recommend authors you like or know.

Thank you! I will - I have an author profile, but I don't know how useful it is.

Amazon gives you the option to mark profiles as "Interesting People" I do that for all the authors I read that have profiles. I check their posts regularly to see if they have news. Some people (especially older ones) are intimidated by the idea of live journal etc, but browse Amazon. Just a though:)

Ah you will have fun with those! I'm still waiting for my 2 free copies of TT.

I'd like to write something for the IIR blog - any ideas as to what I could write about as a theme? "Gay Men need romance too?"

I have cheated... Yesterday night I flip the pages and read only your short story... I like it, two wonderful characters... do you think to use them again?

And for the Blog, I like your idea, yes: just the other night naan and I talk about the fact that Gay Romance is written mostly by women and Lesbian Romance by men (really I don't know this last statement, naan says is true). So I'm wondering if Gay Romance is als read by men or only by women.

Do you know that friday we have our first comment on the blog by a man? He is a teoric of sexual behaviour and says our blog is a huge source of inspiration...

ciao

can I ask you an OT question? I ask to you cause I know you will reply to me sincerely.

I have an argument with a friend on the title of my last post. I wrote in english "A modern amazon between the medieval warriors". In my idea I wanted to describe a woman sandwiched between more men, and I use "the" cause in english the series by Margaret Moore is THE WARRIORS.

My friend says it's grammatically incorrect and English will not understand the sense of the title.

Is it true? Is it incorrect and with no sense?
