*pets it*

I'm such an idiot though - there's me trying to connect and it kept telling me "no dial tone" and I was getting all annoyed because sucks to be me right now with everything breaking and so I looked at the instructions (how quaint) and read "open your browser - you will be on the internet"

D'OH!!!

OH JOY!! I can DO things now like watch You Tube and TV Programmes!! I missed Heroes last night, so I can watch that. It's so wonderful to be able to listen to the radio online without it constantly skipping AND to download music in seconds. A song used to take over an hour!!

Broadband. Not something you give to a writer who already raises Procrastination to an Olympic Sport. Not good.

Other news - the car is not going to be ready this weekend. which means I'm housebound and reliant on home deliveries.

The regular Friday Britpick Clinic is open at Brit Writers again so if you want to know what the difference is between jesses and a big jessie, or what the hell is a big girl's blouse - if you want to know how to make the perfect fish and chips or why tea is the best drink of the day, then pop along and ask us anything.

Finally - the lovely and completely barking mad [livejournal.com profile] zehavit_lamasu has posted a post over at Speak Its Name listing her top ten historical yaoi mangas - so please go and drool over the pretty there.

I don't know if you can use that site or not but if you can it has tons of TV shows you can watch for free.

Also you so need to learn how to download bit torrents. I live by my bit torrents. It is how I watch movies when I can't afford DVDs and TV shows. I download Doctor Who every Sat afternoon:)

Woo Hoo! Definitely. There are some American shows I need to catch up on, that one with Jason Isaacs if I can find it for a start.

Thank you!!

I fear for the integrity of the BBC iPlayer at your hands. I managed to set the timer for Heroes last night, and then completely forgot to set the video to actually *record*... Good thing I actually watched it last week on BBC3!

Oh, the Broadband. Fear it, for it is mighty, and your procrastination will improve tenfold. ;)
