Date: 2009-04-13 09:59 pm (UTC)If you look at the comments, and some articles by more conservative groups, it's clear that a whole lot of people are behind Amazon and might well start putting pressure on them to go back to the "GLBT as adult content" stance.
In the US in particular, this is a very small skirmish in a much larger cultural battle. Were it not for the non-gay erotica titles being affected, I have to say I doubt there'd be this much of an uproar.
