I missed Bisexuality Day
Sep. 25th, 2009 10:40 amWhich was 23rd September. Bad Erastes
I’m bisexual, and I think I probably always have been, even before I considered the notion. I don't consider the gender of my partners. Usually they are men, because men approach me, but that’s just percentages. I love people, not gender. I wish I had something more eloquent and intelligent to say, like all the other people writing on GLAAD – but I don’t. I think it’s as simple as that, for me.
That is all.

Date: 2009-09-25 06:15 pm (UTC)Strangely, I have spent the last 13 years with a man, whom I now fancy like mad. But whenever I think "ooh, that's a nice looking bloke" about something on the TV, it invariably means "ooh, that looks like my husband-thing!"
I'm more a sort of accidental un-lesbian.

Date: 2009-09-25 11:02 pm (UTC)Then again, I also missed Talk Like A Pirate Day. Which is a damn sight easier to observe... I mean, what am I supposed to do, go out and ogle a pretty guy to balance out being married to a woman?
Ah, well. Happy belated day, all!
