That looks like NYC. I'm not exactly a traffic engineer, but unless they've finally come up with those flying cars we were all supposed to have in the 21st century, I don't think you can drive from the UK to New York.

i always wanted a boat car, they do make those! however I think it will take more than the time i have to get there. Luckily where i REALLY have to do is only an hour away!

I especially like how, according to Streetview, you're supposed to drive the wrong way on a one-way road.
