Weather nice (making the most of every sunny moment before it all goes flop bot and we are condemned to darkness) 1200 words done. Sunday lunch on the horizon (garlic mushrooms, roast beef and all the trimmings, banoffee pie).

I love sundays.

I've been watching Jamie Oliver's 30 minute meals programmes whilst I've been off this week. I can't wait to try the filo pastry pie (eggs, feta, cheddar, pine nuts and spinach). Hardly competing with Sunday lunch but just wondered if you'd seen any of the programmes. (His fillet of beef quick roast dinner was on today which reminded me). Now I have another idea of what to do with all those frozen blackberries! Little franzipan tarts :D
