Just struggled to the local shoppe – no more than a mile and a bit and I feel like Nanook of the North.

Last year they ran out of grit – looks like this year they are saving it for a special occasion or something.

Nanook of the North! It's how some of us look every winter. :) Walking through snow is a challenge, even for those who are used to it.
(For best results, you need boots with soles like tractor tires.)

I thought my eyeballs were going to freeze yesterday on my way to ye olde shoppe. It's not getting above -4 today here. I'm in for one nightshift tonight cuz I am the heroine *snore* It would be okay but I twanged my back emptying the dishwasher last night *ouch*
