One of my sister's cats used to go for long contemplative early-morning walks in the allotment. This was Eric, the one with the short fat hairy legs, i.e. a longhaired tabby. Then he'd come back and wake Mummy up with a nice cold wet nose in the face.

And a nice cold wet slug from his belly-hair too. EWWWWWWWwwwwwww!!!!!!
