Why the ruddy hell did I make my main character a flipping 17th Century Quaker? Thees and Thous and Thys!! driving me barmy!

No way! He speaks beautifully, but it's just a nuisance, as I don't know how to spell most of them. Wouldst, Couldst etc etc.
